For over seventeen years, I have been working as a trademark and patent attorney, which does not only gives me great satisfaction in providing professional support in the field of intellectual property, but also is my passion. Such combination of both experience and passion allows me to understand the individual needs of each client as in my work I focus primarily on a comprehensive and reliable approach to each case.
I gained many years of experience working in one of the leading patent offices and representing domestic and foreign clients in all sorts of proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and International Bureau of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as before the Polish administrative courts.
I have advised and supported clients in handling and management of industrial property matters for many years, in particular in obtaining, maintenance and enforcement of protection of trademarks and industrial designs, management and strategy advice regarding trademark and industrial design portfolios, as well as in disputes related thereto.
I am a member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and a professional representative before the EUIPO. I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and also Post-graduate Studies in Intellectual Property and Post-graduate Course in Negotiation, Mediation and Other Alternative Dispute Resolution, both at the University of Warsaw.
